Transitioning to the arts, she earned a BA in theater from Indiana University and became a world-touring musical theater actress. These diverse experiences have shaped her courage, focus, and inner strength, evident in her real estate career.

A devoted single mother of two sons until her remarriage in 2019, Stephanie has given back to her supportive community. In 2023, she served as the Women’s Council of Realtors’ Program Coordinator and contributed to the Santa Fe Association of Realtors’ Community Services Committee. Elected by her peers, Stephanie is honored to serve on the Santa Fe Association of Realtors’ Board of Directors from 2024-2027.

Nashville born with New Mexico sensibilities; Amelia combines Southern charm and hospitality with a deep understanding of Santa Fe, where her family has been a part of the community for decades. Her love for Santa Fe has made her knowledgeable in all the different types of neighborhoods and real estate offerings, from an ancient little adobe in the heart of town to a multi-acre modern with vistas from every window.

Amelia studied public health at the graduate level at the University of North Texas before landing a position with one of the country’s biggest real estate developers. Through these experiences, Amelia fell in love with helping people find their perfect home. Amanda has been a Santa Fe local for over 30 years, but as an “Air Force brat” has lived in many beautiful places throughout the United States and Europe. Her father was a career Air Force man, and her mother was a professional Ballerina, Realtor, and Real Estate Investor in Santa Fe. Amanda inherited her father’s innate ease connecting with people, and her mother’s intuition and tenacity.

In addition to being an accomplished Realtor, Amanda is a classically trained Opera and Broadway singer and has performed on the local, national, and international stage. Her passion for fine food, wine and spirits led to an inspiring hospitality career across several local fine dining establishments. She also co-owned and managed “Skylight,” a popular Plaza-area nightclub promoting internationally recognized artists to the Santa Fe stage.

Catie is a born and raised Santa Fe native, who has had a keen eye for Santa Fe real estate and design for as long as she can remember. Scouring the Sunday paper for exciting listings and open houses to trot around to with her family has been a long-time weekend ritual. It is with great joy that this long-term interest and love of her hometown has united with the prospect of helping others make their aspirations of Santa Fe living their reality. Before joining Barker Realty, Catie worked in the asset management industry at Santa Fe headquartered Thornburg Investment Management. During her tenure, Catie served Thornburg’s Global Distribution Team lending time and attention to servicing the firm’s Key Accounts and strategic relationships while also supporting the intermediary sales team. She is currently registered with FINRA and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. Catie has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of New Mexico with a concentration in entrepreneurship and economics.

In her free time, you can catch Catie on the tennis court or exploring Santa Fe’s best coffee shops and restaurants. As of July 2021, she is also proud to hold a seat on Santa Fe’s Girls on the Run Board of Directors. Ria is a native Santa Fean who had the unique experience of growing up on Canyon Road in a family of artists that owned a long-time gallery. Having lived out of state for many years she feels incredibly fortunate to call this beautiful area home once again.

While living in the Bay Area in California, she followed her love of animals and worked in veterinary clinic management, started her own thriving pet sitting business which she ran for over twenty years, volunteered for rescue organizations, and also went back to school to obtain an AS degree in Interior Design and an AA in Liberal Arts. After returning to the Santa Barbara area where she obtained her first undergraduate degree, she focused on Residential and Hospitality Design with a well-known firm, continued her work with animals, and started a family.

With this background in administration, exceptional customer service, and architecture and design she is well qualified as a broker to give clients the care and attention they need to successfully navigate the home buying or selling process.

As Stephanie Duran’s Assistant, her role is to streamline processes, manage documents and contractual deadlines, and coordinate logistics. Our introduction to Amanda was merely by chance. We had been looking on and off for several years in Santa Fe for a second home with no luck. It was a typical Saturday and I intended to reach out to the listing agent and Zillow connected me to Amanda. Within minutes she contacted me.
